I bought this book from the authors website ([...]), I've had the food from his restaurant when it was open he and his wife are very nice people and their food is amazing. When I first heard the names of these dishes I didn't think I would like it, but I gave it a try and I'm glad I did. I've looked into different African restaurants and they weren't the same. The book is very detailed and makes it easy to recreate the dishes I love along with new dishes that have become some of my favorites. You have to try the Pehpeh chicken and the Groundnut soup. They also have youtube instructional channels for some of these dishes, there are links on their website for this. Again this is an amazing book, don't miss out !!!!
Got to browse it at a second-hand bookstore. It is an okay cookbook nothing special. And for the number of pages, the price is too steep. I'm glad my package got lost and refunded or I would have returned it.
